Welcome to the website of Shree Durgaji Patway Jati Sudhar Samiti (SDPJSS) (“we”, “our”, “us”). By registering on our website, donating, paying membership charges, or otherwise using our services, you (“you”, “user”, “donor”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Legal Entity & Registration

Shree Durgaji Patway Jati Sudhar Samiti (SDPJSS) is a non-profit trust registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 (Registration No: 2020/272).

2. Purpose of Payments & Eligibility

• Payments collected on this website are strictly for voluntary donations to support our charitable activities (education, health, social welfare, and cultural events) and for trust membership charges.

• You must be at least 12 years old to register or donate. If you are below 12, transactions must be completed under the supervision and consent of a parent/guardian.

3. Currency & Foreign Contribution (FCRA) Restriction

All payments and donations are accepted exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR). In strict compliance with Indian laws, we do not accept foreign currency, foreign credit/debit cards, or contributions from foreign nationals under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA). Donations must be made from Indian bank accounts.

4. Tax Exemption Status (Section 80G)

Donations made to Shree Durgaji Patway Jati Sudhar Samiti are currently NOT eligible for tax exemption benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Official trust receipts will be issued for all payments, but they cannot be claimed for tax deductions.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations and membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of technical glitches resulting in duplicate debits or erroneous payment entries:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to sdpjssmanpur@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.

• Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

• Official digital receipts are available for download immediately upon successful transaction completion.

6. Information Collection & Data Security

We collect personal details (name, father’s name, date of birth, email, postal address and contact number) strictly for registering online services, processing donations, issuing receipts, and statutory record-keeping. Your information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Shree Durgaji Patway Jati Sudhar Samiti and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability & Amendments

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free web service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gaya, Bihar.
